Project Planning

This is the process of stating how to complete a project within a certain time frame, usually with defined stages, and with designated resources. We divide the planning activity into;

  • Setting project objectives
  • Identifying deliverables
  • Planning the schedule
  • Making supporting plans.

We will review the project charter and the concept proposal. The outputs of the project planning phase should include the project
requirements, the project schedule, and the project management plan.

Kimlan will also use projected cash flows and availability of resources to come up with project completion phases. We take into consideration the project financing and overall execution costs as part of the cash flow analysis.
