This study is an analysis of the viability of a venture/project. The feasibility study focuses on helping an investor to answer the essential question of whether to proceed with the proposed project or not. All activities in this area are directed towards this question.

Feasible business ventures are one where the business will generate adequate cash-flow and profits, withstand the risks it will encounter, remain viable in the long-term and meet the goals of the founders.

We do this for;

• Investors wishing to purchase existing businesses,
• Expansion of current business operations or
• A new enterprise for an existing business.

During the study we investigate a variety of ways for organizing the business and positioning the products or services in the marketplace.  It is a journey and we may take several paths before reaching the desired destination.
