This planning provides a strategic direction for the company and put to paper the director’s vision, objectives and document strategies to realize them. It will bring to focus the best practices in the industry for efficient and smooth operation. It will document all Standard operating procedures that will need to be adopted.

It includes a description of the current financial position, financial obligations, revenue maximization strategies and detailed description of the expected Key Performance indicators based on the industry standards of similar positioning.

Lastly, the plan will outline the marketing position of the Business, a discussion of the target market and a description of the marketing mix that the business will use to achieve its revenue goals. It will have formal structure, and will be used as a document that will provide the company with day to
day operational and marketing guidance.

We seek to coordinate and integrate the activities of the various functional areas of a business in order to achieve long-term organizational objectives. A balance scorecard is often used to evaluate the overall performance of the business and its progress towards objectives.
